This inviting room features a fully equipped kitchen: oven, gas stove, refrigerator, and kettle. Tea and coffee are always included, and on arrival, you’ll be greeted with a thoughtful welcome pack containing all the ingredients to prepare a classic Italian dish. A cozy dining area completes the space, inviting you to enjoy meals in total relaxation.

The Sleeping Area: A Haven of Tranquility

Beyond the original marble portals of the old basement, you’ll find a spacious and peaceful bedroom. The king-size bed (180×200 cm) promises deep, restorative rest. For additional guests or a moment of relaxation, there’s a comfortable sofa bed (140×200 cm). Evening entertainment is ensured with a 55-inch Smart TV featuring ambient light technology and complimentary Netflix access. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
